I have been busy scrapping lately honest but the pages are for challenges so I can't post the whole layout but thought I would show you a few sneak peeks. This page is for the Saturday Sketches on the Papermaze blog but I'm not sure when it will be appearing.

A quick scraplift.
I was blogging yesterday (as I always do) and came across a layout by the talented Anna and thought her layout was just right for a quick scraplift, as I had limited time for crafting (between ironing and cooking) I tried to keep it as simple as possible.
I loved the edge punch Anna had used and I have put it on my wish list which grows quicker than I can buy!

Bradfild Craft Club.
It's that time again where I post the creative goings on of Bradfield Craft Club and this week I challenged the members to include embossing with the sketches I provided.
The page sketch below I fell in love with as soon as I saw it on the Imaginisce Blog this month and had to give it a go.

Kiddy Cat.
This is a page I made a while ago for The True Friends blog which for reasons I don't know have stopped blogging! So I thought I would post these photo's for you to see.
The original challenge was to scrap about your pet with the family and as you can see it stars our very physically challenged (lazy) cat Molly!

She loves nothing more than snuggling up with my girls on the chair in their play room, getting cuddles and generally being pampered. I just love the photo of her laying on Sammy's back whilst she watches the tv. It looks like my DD's asleep aswell but she just didn't like to have her photo taken and she couldn't run away as it would disturb the cat!

Spread your Wings.
I had treated myself to some 3 Bugs in a Rug papers called Spread your Wings which were reduced as they are an old line but are so cute I decided to use them straight away. Normally I would not use my new papers for a while, I like to browse through them in my stash until they are superseded by some other must have papers. Plus I had lots of the papers from the line so I didn't feel I was using them all up at once.
I had even started this one too but only finished it yesterday, the red polka dot paper is some Jilli Bean basics line but realy went well with the other papers.
This layout I had almost finished when I was at my friend Helens last week ( see, we do get a little bit of scrapping done).

I had a card to make for my daughter's friend so I made it with some leftovers and the image of the girl was drawn by my eldest daughter and coloured with promarkers.
Thanks for stopping by as I know it's been a bit slow around here lately but I promise to try harder.

Are you sitting down?
Now usually the Bradfield Craft Club has a few cards and scrapbook pages to show you but this week was our first meeting back from the summer break. On the last meeting I gave everyone a mini kit consisting of a couple of sheets of MME Pretty Please paper some cardstock and a few bits and pieces I thought would go with the papers. We were also allowed to use white cardstock, card blanks and stamping.
We could also do as many cards/ scrapbook pages as the kit would allow so get comfy because there are alot to see.

Seeing Double
I met up with my great friend Helen on Friday and we spent all day in her scrap shed chatting and scrapping. Last time we met up I gave Helen a page making kit that I had two of and challenged us to complete a double page layout.
This is the kit, it is from Me & My Big Ideas and is called Chester. The papers are only 8x8 so we were limited from the off.
Here is Helens double page layout, she found a great idea of adding circles and the stickers to add detail to the white space in the corners and she added punched strips of the patterned paper to help frame her photos.
