Should Have Gone To Specsavers!

I have been sorting things out for my holiday this weekend - you know how it goes.....the extra shopping trips for new swimmies, the tying off of loose ends like car MOT and taking library books back. But I couldn't go away without entering the Sarah's Card's Sketch Challenge for this month!

I loved the sketch as it immediately made me think of lots of washi tape!

I turned it anti-clockwise for my use.

 

 

I had to scrap this photo of my Dad wearing my daughters panda sleep mask, he was being so silly, but then it was Christmas Day and he had been to the pub with my husband!! (whilst us ladies cooked the dinner!).
I came up with the title after watching the advert for Specsavers and thought it appropriate as my Dad does wear glasses!
The image of the glasses was just printed from the internet and coloured in with my Promarkers.

I have amassed some great washi tapes and really enjoyed putting them together to make a bright fun page.

 

I haven't got a die for chevrons but I do have a really old Sizzix Originals die for photo corners which works just as well!
I love these tiny stars, they are just party sprinkles that you can pick up from the celebration section in supermarkets, but they add just a touch of sparkle on a mans page!
