Keeping Cool By The Pool.

I bit the bullet with the page I have to share with you today. I created a double page with the February 15th sketch challenge over at Sketch N Scrap! I'm certainly not a lover of two page spreads but sometimes you need to scrap multiple photo's together as was the case with these holiday photo's.
This is the sketch for the second challenge this month and was designed by the wonderful Kelly Holifield.
The sketch was used for the left hand of my page and then I mirror imaged it and added more of my photo's on the right.
The sunburst effect was made using American Crafts My Girl line of papers.
(Please click on the image to get a clearer view).
The main part of the title was put in a couple of the rays using AC Thickers.
These little 'drops' co-ordinated nicely with the colours in my papers and fit with the water theme so I scattered a few around the pages.
Hope you like my take on the sketch and if you would like to take part in this challenge or any of the others for this month you can hop over to the Sketch N Scrap blog HERE for all the details.
We have a wonderful prize this month provided by Sketch N Scrap.
Gorgeous!
Glad you popped in to see me today and have a great weekend. xx
