Three more days

Hi all, I'm a bit behind with my classes again as we have been to beautiful Staffordshire! So without further adue here are 3 more layouts for you to see.

This is day 16 and Shimelle sent us some pattern paper to print out and the theme was perfect moments.

This is day 17 and we were supposed to print onto embossed cardstock and then sand it but I didn't have any so I will do that at a later stage and show it on another layout and refer back. ( did that make sense?) Anyway the theme was indulgences so naturally mine was CAKE!

Here is day 18 and we had to use the printouts and mount them onto chipboard and the theme was friendship.
I have nearly finnished another layout and will post it in the next couple of days, that just leaves one more after that and I shall have to think for myself again but at least I have a few more ideas swimming around in my head somewhere! Catch you later. Kerry.

Day 15

Morning all, another day another page to show you. I getting a bit sad as I only have 5 more days of my course left, then it's back to reality and catching up with all those jobs I've been putting to one side (ironing, cooking proper meals, defrosting the freezer) you know - all those less important jobs that get in the way off your scrapbooking!
Anyway here is day 15's page and it was all about using the printouts and jazzing them up with anything you like so I stamped and stuck a flower on mine but we had to also put paint on our cardstock so I put it on using bubble wrap (great fun). Hope you like it.

Evening all, here is todays layout for Shimelle's class which involved printing onto cardstock and machine stitching over the printout. Todays theme was also seasons.

Sunday, 16 August 2009

Here is day 10 - this one was printing onto book paper after painting it with white acrylic paint.

his is day 9's layout - printing onto vellum.

in case you are wondering the journalling reads - "should I be striving for a style of my own? I love getting inspiration frommags books and the internet - there is so many lovely layouts that there doesn't seem to be a particular style that I am drawn to, although I don't like too much fuss. Perhaps that's the beauty os scrapbooking - no rules."
