Bo Bunny page 3

Here is the last page I can make using the Bo Bunny Love Bandit Papers that I bought in the Papermaze sale, there is only a few little scraps left - but 3 pages is not bad from one set of papers!

I thought I would do some stamping on this layout as I havn't done any for a while and I do love my stamps and the more I use them the more I can justify buying some more next month when I go to the Make It Craft Show in Farnborough!

Apart from the "I Love You" strip in the middle, I stamped onto the butterfly you see on the left, which I cut out using one of these chipboard shapes as a template.

Then using this stamp from the DoCrafts sale I stamped over the wings of the butterfly.

Then added some bling (something else I am loving at the moment).

For the body I used some of the ribbon that I put under the little circle embelishments, I gathered it up using double sided sticky tape to give it a bit of texture and added a brad.

I then cut out some of the leaves and flower from some of the leftover Tweetheart paper, added a gem and stuck it to the butterfly using some foam pads. I then made the antenna from some plastic coated wire then attached them using the brad.

Finally it was ready to be attatched to the flower that was made from a scalloped circle, then placed on the layout for the finishing touch.

Hope you like my little creation and my finished layout.

Birthday Card

Just a quick post today with a birthday card to show you that I made using only my scraps. This is the first time I have put hand stitching on a card and I was quite pleased with the result as it gives the card a bit of texture, you can't see from the photo but there is some glitter glue added to the centre of the flowers aswell.
Thanks for checking out my little blog.

Craft club challenge

Here is Linda P's card from this challenge, it has been added late as Linda could not make the meeting in person. Lovely colours Linda.

Here are the sketches that Bradfield Craft Club used for their last challenge.

This is the card sketch and the added challenge was the colour purple. The sketch came from the Sketches by Tamara blog.

This is the scrapbooking sketch and the challenge also included the use of bling. The sketch comes from the 52 sketches 52 weeks blog.

Bullseye!

Whilst in Ipswich on Saturday Holly spotted some felt monsters in a shop and fell in love, but the shop was shut for lunch and as it was raining so we did not hang around. Holly was gutted as her xmas money was burning a hole in her purse, so I stupidly said "they're only made of felt, if you design it I will make you one".
So of course as soon as we got home she designed her monster on a piece of paper and pestered me to make a start on it. Hours later I produced Bullseye and I know he is nothing to do with scrapbooking but I just wanted to share him with you as he came out better than I thought he would.
Holly has already designed another monster and wants to know if I can make her one every weekend! What have I started? My stash of felt and buttons are not going to last long enough to get onto my scarpbook pages at this rate!
Anyway, let me know if you like him and if I make another monster (perhaps a Mrs Bullseye) I will share it with the blogging world.

Black Beauty

Happy Monday everyone!
I have been scrapping this morning for my craft club challenge tonight and I will post that page with the other ladies submissions in a couple of days.
In the meantime here is my page for the A True Friend blog that I design for, this weeks challenge is What Book/Magazine reminds you of your pet?

This is our gorgeous cat Bramble and she is the most adorable, gentle and attention seeking feline in the world or am I just bias?

Have you got a layout to share with us at A True Friend of your pet with a book theme, or would you like to have a go at our challenge? Check out the other design team members pages and get a little inspiration.

Bobunny page number 2.

Below is my second page using those Bobunny papers I bought from Papermaze and I based my layout on this sketch that was posted on the Sketches by Tamara blog.
The background paper is the Birdie die cut paper from the Love Bandit line and all the other papers on the page are from the same line. I still have more papers left over although only one full piece -Love u Deerly, I will try to get another page done using all my leftovers.

Bo Bunny Layout.

I just love Bo Bunny papers so when Papermaze had their sale recently I treated myself to the Love Bandit line of papers and couldn't resist scrapping them straight away. Below is the first one I've done using the Flower Die Cut Paper and various others from the line, the next one I will be using is Birdie Die Cut Paper, not sure what photo's I will be using yet so it will probably be a couple of days till it's done.
Thanks for looking.

Had enough!

I had this page with just the photo's stuck down for month's in my 'started box' and I really had no inspiration to finish it. I got fed up of seeing it in there so today I hurriedly added a title ( couldn't come up with a very good one ) and some embellies, now I can put it in my album and start something new. Perhaps my New Year's resolution should be to finish what I have started before moving onto something else!
